It was in 1976, Rev. Sadhu Singh, the Pastor of ECI Radha Nagar started a ministry at Chrompet Anna Nagar as an outreach of the Radha Nagar church. Since then the Church has been growing steadily under the able leadership of different Pastors. Over a dozen of faithful servants of God have ministered at ECI Chrompet Anna nagar since its inception. The Church has been a beacon to the people living in Hastinapuram as numerous people both Christians and non-Christians flock to the church every day for prayers.

Pastor Grejila is one of our pioneering missionaries in the state of Jharkhand when ECI started our ministries in this State through Indian Missionary Movement in the year 2006. In the same year 2006, Grejila completed her Bachelor of Theology course from our Calcutta Bible Seminary. Even though she was from the state of Assam, Grejila wanted to serve among the downtrodden people as a cross cultural missionary.

As we have celebrated ECI Diamond Jubilee in the year 2016, we have prayerfully set a goal of planting 100 thousand churches before the Centenary year 2056.  Humanly speaking it's a big task, but with God it is possible.  Our role is to challenge the pastors and believers to be a part of this God given Vision.  So, these days we are motivating all our believers and Partners to claim a share in this Centenary Vision.  Our prayer is that the entire church will own this Vision and work towards realising this Vision. 

Sorenchery is located in the western suburbs of Chennai, about 27 km west of the ECI Headquarters in the city.  Most of the people residing here are economically and socially backward, lagging way behind the rest of the population of Chennai in almost all development indicators. Ministry was started here in 1994 by the pastor and believers of the ECI Pattabiram Church. 

YOUNG LYDIA'S FELLOWSHIP INAUGURATED 

A team of 10 volunteers from Prescott Christian Church, USA visited India between 14th to 22nd June 2017 and helped in painting the Church cum Grace learning centres at Hosurbandae (Bangalore) and Perundhuravukuppam (Tamil Nadu).  We thank God for Vision Trust International and their partnership ministries with ECI specially among the children.
